It is the policy of BoyScout Troop 460 to never publish the name of a minor member of the Troop
on our world wide website (http://www.bsatroop460.org) However, in order to share the fun that
we have as Boy Scouts with our extended family members as well as other Troop members who can
not be present, the Troop does happily accept photos of our patrol and Troop events to publish on our website.
In order to make sure that parents understand this policy, we have temporarily removed our
photo pages until we can get written permission from each family in case any of our group
photos contain images of their sons. If you have any questions about this policy, please
feel free to talk to your Assistant Scout Masters or contact Rick Dye at webmaster@bsatroop460.org
or at the phone number on the troop roster. We are asking that each Troop family, please print this form, sign it and either have your son give it
to his patrol leader at the next Troop meeting or mail it to my address on the troop roster. For Adults (over age 18)
I am an adult over the age of 18 years. I authorize the Boy Scouts of America, its Councils,
and units to use my name and display my image and likeness on Mount Airy Boy Scout Troop 460's
web site. This authorization shall remain in effect until revoked by me in writing.
